Conejo Creek Park North - August 4, 2024
Since 1964, the Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks has successfully organized countless events to raise funds for our Charitable Foundation. Eleven years ago, the members of the Club decided that it would be great to expand our outreach in the community by bringing together generous sponsors and local breweries, wineries, and food vendors for BrewFest. The 12th Annual Kiwanis TO BrewFest charity event is now in the books as a great success. We hope to see you all again in 2025 to enjoy the music, the food, the beer, wine and spirits, while relaxing with friends and savoring the experience.
We believe in making a difference and that's why we support our local communities. Our Charitable Foundation supports numerous charities including Bikes for Youth, Leadership Programs, Scholarships, Meals on Wheels, Safe Passage Youth Foundation, Manna, AYSO, T.O. Girls Softball Association, Gold Coast Veterans Assn., Boys and Girls Club, Area Housing Authority, Ride-On Therapeutic Horsemanship, Harbor House, Senior Concerns, Lutheran Social Services, Adelante Comunidad Conejo, American Cancer Society-Relay For Life, Autism Society VC, CRPD, Crop Hunger Walk, Buen Vecino, Villa Esperanza, Cancer Support Community, and Community Conscience.
The Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks is part of Kiwanis International, a global community service organization with more than 600,000 members. The worldwide mission of Kiwanis is to serve children, and the focus of many service projects and fund-raising activities our Club undertakes is to support local and international organizations that directly serve children. The Thousand Oaks Club has 95 members – volunteers blending community service and friendship. We have established the Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks Charitable Foundation as our non-profit fundraising arm.
